My journey in massage started back in 1999 when I first discovered reflexology and massage whilst on holiday in Crete. From there on I was on a path of discovery of the self and the healing power of touch. I started my practice in London, then moved to Bristol twelve years ago and discovered this amazing city. In-between working at The Relaxation Centre, and starting a family, I began massaging in my treatment room at home and discovered I was attracting mothers: mothers to be, mothers who had little ones, mothers who were adding to their brood, mothers who desperately wanted to mother, first time mothers, all mothers! As a mother myself, I knew I wanted to help mothers and babies on this transformational journey. It was this that inspired me to focus massage treatments towards pre and post natal mums. With this in mind I trained with Suzanne Yates and Well Mother receiving the most in depth (and in my mind, the best) training available to massage therapists in pregnancy, to become a qualified (with Distinction) Well Mother Practitioner supporting and empowering mums-to-be at all stages of their pregnancy and post natal recovery. I work with grace and enthusiasm, bringing an individual approach to every treatment.
My aim as a massage practitioner, other than to nourish and revitalise your body, is to help you help yourself. To empower you in the birthing process. To explore and find the things in life that help you become the best version of you. I believe that we are unique and amazing individuals and that we all have the power to heal, by putting ourselves in touch with our bodies and find out what is really going on.
Ultimately, being able to be present for a tiny part of someones amazing journey, that is bringing new life, is an absolute privilege and one that I hold in the highest regard. It brings a sense of sheer joy being able to share knowledge and help a mother engage with her own powerful sense
of self. I think massage in pregnancy can help to empower you and trust that your body can birth your baby, as you desire. It is a right that every woman deserves to experience and massage in pregnancy plays a vital part in this.

I saw Kiki for my last 4 months of my pregnancy. It was such a great experience, I learnt how to listen my body and feel my baby. After every session I felt relaxed outside and inside. She gave me some tips for the labour that I practiced before and whilst I was giving birth. I had a great labour, I was fully dilated in 3 hours and we enjoyed every minute of that wonderful moment. I am still thinking that Kiki was an important factor in my first pregnancy, THANKS KIKI! I will come back to you if I get pregnant again.

I saw Kiki for my last months of pregnancy. I really looked forward to seeing her as that time felt solely focused on me, my body and bump. She really listened to how I was feeling that week and what I wanted to focus on and was led by me for the massage. I really enjoyed having my bump massaged and my baby responded through kicks! I also found talking through my week, what was going on with my body and mind so therapeutic and also very useful. Kiki showed me different active birth positions and exercises to help. I used the pressure points on my feet to help during early labour. Kiki is also a lovely, calm and welcoming person and I felt very at ease with her and able to share. I would highly recommend her services to anyone in pregnancy, I just wished I’d found her earlier!

I saw Kiki for massage and reflexology whilst trying to conceive and throughout my pregnancy. My work was highly stressful and I really valued the space to look after myself and my body at this important time. I have had a lot of massages from a lot of different practitioners over the years; I know good (and bad) massage and found Kiki to be the best. She was extremely knowledgeable and highly trained and was able to tailor massages to what I needed and my stage of pregnancy. She could identify and resolve sources of tension that I had been unaware of. I was struck by how Kiki could effectively treat tension without me feeling pain or discomfort during or after the session (I’d previously thought that a bit of pain was necessary to get results). My sessions with Kiki were so incredibly helpful at the end of pregnancy – I would go in feeling heavy and drained and leave feeling lighter and rejuvenated. I would recommend her to anyone.

Pregnancy massages with you were wonderfully relaxing and restorative. I felt really cared for and listened to, a well needed time to look after me. The couples workshop was great for both of us to practice different pressure points to support me during labour (it all went a bit too fast to put them into practice!..but using them in the run up to the labour really helped us to feel more relaxed and connected).

Kiki is THE best masseuse I have ever been to. I first went to her for reflexology over 10 years ago when I was pregnant. She is so experienced and lovely. I suffer from very tight back and shoulders now and wish I could go regularly, but when I do it totally works!

I went to Kiki every day in the week leading up to the birth of my 3rd child in August 2015. As I was over 40 I had been recommended to be induced. Kiki’s massage helped me enormously during this time. She really focused on what was going on for me and each massage left me relaxed and excited for the birth. Any massage with Kiki is a complete treat. I highly recommend a massage of any sort with Kiki.
